To get the most from these visits, keep these tips in mind.

Once your virtual visit is scheduled, you will receive a text from our clinic. The text will include registration paperwork to review and complete before your appointment. The clinic receptionist may need to contact you to collect copayment. We will send you details about your upcoming appointment and how to log on or use our technology.

Like an in-person visit, writing down a few things before and during your telehealth appointment is a good idea. Consider making notes on:
Your current medications
Your symptoms, when they started, if they’ve improved or worsened, etc.
Any questions you may have
Recommendations from your provider during the visit
